Encarna Beltrán-Huertas is a classical music composer and poet born in Madrid, Spain. She studied music in Valencia at the Joaquín Rodrigo and José Iturbi Conservatories obtaining an advanced degree in harmony and composition. She now teaches solfège and harmony in Valencia and has won three national composition awards.
