Hilda Ballio was an Italian pianist and composer active in Rome and Milan in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, trained under Giovanni Sgambati at his Liceo Musicale di Santa Cecilia in Rome.
She is recorded in Aaron I. Cohen's International Encyclopedia of Women Composers (R.R. Bowker, 1981), and materials connected to her are held in the archive of the Fondazione Ugo e Olga Levi in Venice.
