Lida Antola, a Finnish award-winning opera singer, works as a soloist but also a trained pianist, choir conductor and a published composer. In 2025 she made German debut at Theater Regensburg as Marie Antoinette (The Ghosts of Versailles/Corigliano). Her other recent roles include Leonora (Il Trovatore/Verdi), the role of the Bride in Kaija Saariaho’s last opera Innocence, the role of Muriel in Alexander Raskatov's Animal farm and the title roles of Suor Angelica (Puccini) and Adina (Rossini).
