Notes:
20th-century American organist, concert pianist, assistant professor and composer. Clarks, LA. She received her B.Mus. in 1936 and M.Mus. in 1945 from the Chicago Music College. Her teachers included Lula S. Gardner, John Thomas, Moissaye Boguslawski, John Carre, Rudolph Ganz and Mollie Margolies. She appeared as a concert pianist and taught at the Northeast Junior College of Louisiana State University. After 1937 she was a church organist in Monroe.
