Janet Elaine Albright is a composer and musician who has spent time working in both the United States and Germany. She is known for her original suite for voice and instruments, entitled "An American Dale, Becoming A Place For All People". The piece is inspired by the history, culture, and people of South Orange and Maplewood, and the theme of liberty, featuring jazz musicians, multiple choirs, and music from many ethnic groups.
