American concert pianist, singer and composer. Born in New York City, January 16, 1907. She studied voice under Townsend Fellows from 1921 to 1922, Mme. Bertha Vaughn from 1932 to 1935 and Leon Ardin from 1935 to 1939. She studied the piano and voice under Homer Samuels from 1940 to 1946 and composition under Julius Seyler from 1945 to 1948. She made a number of stage and radio appearances as a singer and pianist.
