Donne, Women in Music becomes an Apple Music curator, creating playlists with a dedicated focus on equality & diversity.
Donne, Women in Music joins the prestigious ranks of Apple Music Curators making a positive change in the fight against gender inequality within the music industry.
will host exclusive classical music playlists focusing on giving deserved exposure to the vast and rich repertoire by women composers from past and present.
Donne’s Curator’s page has been launched with eight initial main collections of playlists, featuring artists and composers such as Errollyn Wallen, Rachel Portman, Eímear Noone, Gabriela Lena Frank and Chiquinha Gonzaga among many others, which will be known as
The playlists will be updated regularly by the dedicated team at Donne, Women in Music as well as international guest curators.
Soprano Gabriella Di Laccio, the founder and driving force behind the Donne Foundation says:
