THORSEN, Bente Leiknes

  Bente Leiknes Thorsen has composed for soloists and for chamber orchestras, but it is with larger orchestras and orchestras with human voices that she has her strength. In her musical works she explores the role of the composer and the concept of musical work. In many of her works, the music step out of the concert hall through the use of everyday sounds.
