Juliana Ripke is a pianist and composer and holds a PhD in musicology from the University of São Paulo (ECA-USP) and a bachelor's degree in piano. She is a pianist of the Coral Jovem do Estado de SP, of the Osesp Academic Choir, and professor of piano, theory, harmony and co-repetitor pianist at the Baccarelli Institute. Currently, she has performed as a pianist in several concerts with orchestras such as the Santo André Symphony Orchestra (OSSA), São Paulo State Symphony Orchestra (OSESP), São Paulo Academic Orchestra, among others. In addition, his compositions were premiered in important concerts at Sala São Paulo, Auditorium of Masp, Theatro São Pedro, Theatro Municipal de São Paulo, Sala do Conservatório, Teatro Municipal de Santo André, among others, by important artistic groups such as Coral Paulistano , São Paulo State Youth Choir, Santo André Symphony Orchestra, USP Symphony Orchestra, etc. She is an integral member of PAMVILLA (Analytical Perspectives for the Music of Villa-Lobos), a study group dedicated to the reassessment and reinterpretation of the work of Heitor Villa-Lobos, and has also presented her research on Villa-Lobos and Brazilian music at various conferences nationals and internationals.
